How Administrators can reset a user's password from within the portal.
For an Administrator to reset a user's password, open the Users page, and locate and search for the user. Select the Reset Password (lock) icon from Actions column.
Click Generate password in the first pop-up window. The system will generate a new password and display a green ‘password copied to clipboard’ message at the bottom of the screen.
Copy and paste the password and send it to the user as their temporary login password.
DO NOT press Generate password again!
User will need the temporary password to log in to the RTLS and input a new password as prompted.
