Steps for users to change their passwords and update their user profiles.
Users can view and make changes to their own user profiles. Once logged into the portal, click the My Profile from the portal's hamburger menu.
In the Profile window, select the pencil icon to change the email, password, or phone number. Note that the username may not be changed.
For each field change select Save in the pop-up window. Select Cancel to return to user profile without making changes. When making a change to the password, user must enter their old (current) password in order to reset it. The new password must be at least 8 characters and contain at least one number and one special character.
Following the change of password, the user will employ the new password when logging in.
If the user has forgotten their password and therefore can not change it using My Profile, instruct the team member to use the forgot your password? link from the login page. The system will generate an email that gets sent to the user. Access that email for a temporary password to log in; change password once logged in.
