The Events listing entails every trackable vehicle event in the facility. To access this information, click the bell icon located in the portal’s main menu; select Events to open the tab. ![Screen Shot 2023-06-02 at 11.07.23 AM](https://support.cognosos.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Screen%20Shot%202023-06-02%20at%2011.07.23%20AM.png?width=688&height=361&name=Screen%20Shot%202023-06-02%20at%2011.07.23%20AM.png) As shown, this tab contains every event that has been logged in the system, which is an extensive list. Pagination options at the top allow a page by page browse of events. Event Importance is segmented into three categories: information, high, critical. Select the Vehicle ID link in the Event Origin column to open the Vehicle Details page for that vehicle. Refer to the Trailer & YMS article on Managing Trackers for more details on managing and tracking vehicles. The Other Features column provides summary data for the vehicle. Use the **more**... link in that column to expand summary information for the vehicle (the row will get taller); select **less**... to collapse (the row will get shorter). The Additional Information column provides more data, which changes depending upon the event type. For example, a tracker event shows the action (attach/detach), tracker and vehicle IDs, an unresponsive tracker displays the last known location and last message date. ![Screen Shot 2023-06-02 at 11.26.22 AM](https://support.cognosos.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Screen%20Shot%202023-06-02%20at%2011.26.22%20AM.png?width=688&height=140&name=Screen%20Shot%202023-06-02%20at%2011.26.22%20AM.png) When the event type is a location change the system provides a map link to view the location of the tracker/vehicle. Highlight and copy the link then open a new browser window. The search field accepts numbers, letters and special characters. For example, select the filter “zone transition” in and input the vehicle ID the Search field to quickly track down when that vehicle changed zones. The Filter option can be used instead of or in tandem with the Search function. From the Events menu bar select Filter. Select **Clear All** to remove all selected filters.
