If you need to download the app, go to the App Store for iOS and Google Play Store for Android devices. Add the Cognosos Logistics App icon to your device's home screen for easy access.  Ensure your mobile device is set to allow location services.  ***Confirm Login Credentials*** You must have Cognosos login credentials to log in to the mobile app; it is the same username and password you use to access the Cognosos portal. If you do not yet have a Cognosos username, please speak with you Administrator.  ***Log Into the App*** Open the Cognosos Logistics Mobile App on your device. Enter the username and select Login. Enter password and click Login to display Password field. Input password and click Login. The app opens to the map with vehicle clusters.  --- New Users: A log in username and temporary password will be created for you. Look in your email for that information (subject line reads Your temporary Cognosos password). Check your Spam/Junk folder if you do not see the email in your Inbox.  --- If you are setting up your credentials for the first time, retrieve the temporary password from the email. ![Reset pw](https://support.cognosos.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Healthcare/Healthcare%20Mobile%20Graphics/Reset%20pw.jpg?width=115&height=250&name=Reset%20pw.jpg)Input the temporary password in the Password field on the app's login screen. Follow the prompts to set up a new password (minimum 8 characters, including one lowercase, one uppercase, one number, and one special character). Select Confirm Password. If this is a personal device, you can save the login credentials.
