How do I search for multiple vehicles at a time?

How to locate multiple vehicles in a single search.

If you have or can obtain a list of the vehicles' IDs use the Paste IDs option in the Search field from either the Map or My Lot. This function can be performed through a spreadsheet or by downloading to a CSV file from My Lot; the CSV or file must contain the unique vehicle IDs.

Map Paste IDsOpen the map or the Vehicles page under My Lot. Select Paste IDs.

Search paste multi IDSCopy the vehicle IDs from another program or pull from a previously downloaded CSV file. Use standard paste function to paste vehicle IDs in the window. No other vehicle attribute is accepted. Choose Search to run the search. Otherwise click Cancel to close the window and return to map or My Lot. Clear All removes the window's content without closing the window.

If on the map, the map refreshes to display the vehicle icons (or clusters); if in My Lot, the Vehicles tab refreshes the list. Searches run in one area of the portal cross over to other areas.

The multi-vehicle search initiates the save filter ability. If you’d like to save the search (with same vehicle IDs) for future use, select Save Filter next to the Search field. Name and save. Saved filters are available only for the user who creates them unless the Administrator creates the filter and saves it as Application Wide. Use Clear Filters to refresh the map to all vehicles.

If you are searching for vehicles with a common attribute (e.g., all 2022 Ford Mustang), you can use the Filter option from the map or My Lot Vehicles to filter the views instead.
