How do I update my user profile on the Logistics Mobile App?
Use the following steps to update information in your user profile using the iOS Mobile App.
1. Log into the Logistics Mobile App using your Cognosos credentials.
2. Select My Profile from the hamburger menu.
3. Update the email address and/or phone number that will receive subscription alerts. Click Update.
Users with guest or view only profiles are prohibited from making email or phone number changes. Please speak with the Cognosos Administrator.
4. To change the default map load view, use the Data Loading toggle. When the toggle is ON, the map loads with all assets (no search needed); when OFF, the map is in Search mode (must use search or filter).
Data Loading changes on the mobile app impact the Cognosos portal for the user’s login; and vice-versa. The setting can also be managed on the portal. This setting is available for all user roles.
Additional profile changes may be managed on the Cognosos portal.
