      Disassociating a Tracker from a Vehicle

      How to disassociate a tracker from a vehicle.

      Note: Certain LotVision customers will have access to Auto Association / Disassociation features. If after uninstalling the device, the vehicle still appears on the site's UI, follow the steps on this page.

      To disassociate a tracker from a vehicle:

      • To get started, you will need:
        • The tracker ID
        • The vehicle’s VIN
        • A device able to access the internet (mobile phone, iPad, or computer)
        • A handheld Bluetooth scanner (optional but recommended)
      • Start by launching your LotVision UI.
      • Next, select "Pairing" > “Unpair Tracker”
      • You will be prompted to enter a tracker ID. You can also enter it via a scanner.
      • Enter the ID then press “Continue”. 
      • You will be shown a screen with final information. To unpair, click the "Unpair Tracker" button.
