      Exporting Data from LotVision

      How to export data to a .CSV file

      LotVision can export data from a search or report page to a CSV file that can be opened in Excel (or any other spreadsheet app). 

      When exporting data from a search, the exported file will contain all of the currently displayed results based on the search and any applied filters. 

       

      To export data from a search page:

      • Start by entering the search criteria for the list you want to export.
      • Press the “Export to CSV” button.

      • The exported .CSV file will then be downloaded to your computer.
      • When exporting data from a report page, the export file will contain the processed data that went into the report display.
