      Identifying Trackers that need to be Disassociated

      To quickly view a list of vehicles in your DMS that are still associated with trackers:

      • Start by going to the Reports tab, and selecting the page for "Reconciliation"

      • From there, select the tab labeled "Missing from IMS" to view the list.

       

       

      Note: Please note that this list could be that they were either missing from your IMS when it was first associated, or it is still associated and no longer in your IMS.

       

      Sold with a Tracker: To actionably refer to a list of vehicles that were sold with a tracker still associated, navigate to the Vehicles Tab, export a list of associated vehicles, and filter to those that are no longer in your DMS/IMS.
