Inventory Reconciliation

To view inventory reconciliation information:

• Start by going to the Reports tab, and selecting the page for ‚ÄúReconciliation‚Äù.
• At the top you will see two main values:
  • Total Vehicles in LotVision - this is the count of vehicles that are associated to a tracker in your environment
  • Total Vehicles in IMS - This is a total count of vehicles that our platform sees in your IMS feed
• From here, you can see the total number of vehicles in LotVision and in your DMS/IMS, and navigate between the following four tabs:
  • All Alerts - displays all inventory reconciliation alerts
  • Missing from LV - displays vehicles present in your DMS but not in LotVision, which likely means they have not been associated with a tracker
  • Missing from IMS - displays vehicles present in LotVision but not in your DMS, which likely means they were either not in your DMS when it was first associated, or they have sold but not disassociated from their tracker 

You can use the search bar to look up specifics, and follow the steps here to filter your results.
