To view database information regarding trackers, go to the Trackers tab.
- The Trackers tab is similar to the Vehicles tab, but shows information on the location and status of the trackers themselves.
- For more information on how to search and filter vehicles, you can visit the articles on filtering search results.
- You can also easily organize your tables using the table navigation enhancements.
The information available here includes (grouped for convenience):
- Basic information
- Tracker ID
- Type of Tracker (Gen2, OBD, Cellular OBD)
- Current zone
- Associated VIN and stock number (if associated to a vehicle)
- Status information
- State (Current state of the tracker - associated with a vehicle, unassociated, in storage, etc.)
- Action (The specific recommendation for a tracker with potential issues)
- Health (Whether the tracker battery is low - not the vehicle)
- Network and GPS Information
- Network Join (When the tracker first joined the network)
- Last Message Timestamp (When the tracker last connected with the network)
- Not Communicating (Whether the track is communicating properly)
- Not Communicating Timestamp (The time when the tracker stopped communicating properly)
- GPS fix (whether the tracker is receiving GPS location data)
- GPS accuracy
- Tracker Receipt Date
