We have redesigned our Vehicles tab to present much more concise information that is specific to your asset. Tracker specific information has been moved to our trackers tab.
To view information regarding your vehicles, go to the Vehicles tab
- The Vehicles tab allows you to search for vehicles, filter by various characteristics, and see in-depth information about your vehicles.
- For more information on how to search and filter vehicles, you can visit the articles on filtering search results.
- You can also easily organize your tables using the table navigation enhancements.
The information displayed on this tab includes the following (grouped for convenience):
- General information
- VIN
- Stock number (If DMS/IMS integration is configured)
- Asset State
- Vehicle Battery
- Make
- Model
- Year
- Color
- Device Type
The Map
- Use the map on the right hand side of the page to capture a visual view of where your assets are located
- Clicking the "globe" in the top right of the map will toggle on/off Google aerial view
- Use your mouse to zoom in/out for specific vehicles, and click and drag to move the map around to further help locate your vehicles.
Specific Vehicle Information
- There are two ways to go about viewing vehicle specific information:
- You can click a VIN in the table which will take you to a page that displays overall vehicle Details and Trip History
- You can click a vehicle icon on the map which will open a vehicle specific summary card
Multi-rooftop IMS/DMS Inventory
- Some customers have a multi-rooftop deployment with various inventory ownerships split out by dealer/rooftop
- To enable even further filtering for action, we have included a "Store Inventory" filter allowing you to toggle between views of assets based on ownership information from the DMS/IMS feed.
