Like the vehicles map display, switch the map between satellite and street views using the Satellite/Map buttons on the top left of the map.

To view individual trackers rather than the default of tracker clusters, use the Hide/Show Clusters toggle option in the right-hand menu of the map. The individual tracker option is best utilized when the map is zoomed in several layers or when search criteria or filters have first been applied to the map view.

Each facility organizes its map geo-fence (structures and zones), FVL process, and vehicle trackers unique to its operating principles. Although your system may be slightly different than what is shown in the User Guide, the functionality is the same.

When a facility utilizes exit monitor zones and there are trackers located within the exit zone, the map will display a red triangle icon.

The number inside the icon represents the number of trackers in that exit zone.

Click a cluster or zoom in (+) to drill down into clusters from the initial map view. Continue for each tracker cluster until the individual tracker or small cluster (or links) of trackers is shown.

Locating Trackers via Filter

Filtering vehicle trackers provides the ability to quickly locate tracker groups across the facility. Unlike user-created filters with vehicles, the tracker filter has pre-defined options (tracker operation and battery level status). This feature is available from both the Map and My Lot pages; this section details the operation from the map. Refer to the My Lot section within the Knowledge Base regarding steps for My Lot.

Set the Vehicles/Trackers toggle in the right-hand menu to Trackers if not set already. The default view is all trackers, regardless of status. Select Filters from the Map menu.

Use the checkboxes to make a filter status selection. As soon as a selection is made, the filter menu closes and the page refreshes. If you’d like to add more filters, repeat the process. You may have multiple filter selections; you just may not select them at one time.

Click a tracker icon to display the Tracker Summary box in the map’s right-hand menu, as shown in the previous section.

To remove any filter, select the X next to the filter selection at the top of the map; or open the drop-down menu and deselect the checkbox. This is also the way to refresh the map to all trackers. There is no option to save tracker filters.
