Why isn't my mobile app showing assets on the map?

Steps to take if your map is not showing any icons or clusters for vehicles.

The Logistics Mobile App allows users to set a default load option that either shows all assets or only filtered assets. This setting is managed through the User Profile.

1.  Look at the top of the map (Home) for the asset count. If the map indicates Search View, it means the you must search or filter first to show assets on the map.

2.  When in Search view, use the filter icon on the right top of the map to search or filter assets to display on the map.

3.  If you want to see ALL assets, open the User Profile option under the hamburger menu. Change the Data load setting to ON.
