[Data and Reports](https://support.cognosos.com/knowledge/geartrack?hsLang=en#data-and-reports) # The Alerts Report How to use the Alerts report To view the list of alerts logged by the LotVision system: - Go to the Reports tab, and select "Alerts" ![](https://support.cognosos.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/image-png-Sep-01-2023-03-46-32-8602-PM.png?width=370&height=82&name=image-png-Sep-01-2023-03-46-32-8602-PM.png) The Alerts Report displays information on all alerts that have been logged during the specified time period, including: - Type of alert - Which rule triggered it - Time and duration of the alert - Reason for the alert (if entered) - Whether the alert has been resolved **Note:** All alert will appear in this list, even if no contacts have been assigned to receive alerts. For example, if you want to filter by alert type, chose "Filter" from the three dot menu in the "Type" column To resolve an alert, you can check one or multiple vehicles, then click the Check Mark button to resolve the alert.
