The Alerts Report

How to use the Alerts report

To view the list of alerts logged by the LotVision system:

  • Go to the Reports tab, and select "Alerts"

The Alerts Report displays information on all alerts that have been logged during the specified time period, including:

  • Type of alert
  • Which rule triggered it
  • Time and duration of the alert
  • Reason for the alert (if entered)
  • Whether the alert has been resolved

Note: All alert will appear in this list, even if no contacts have been assigned to receive alerts.

To view all alerts, rather than the default view of only unresolved alerts, click on the switch labelled "History"

To filter by alert, use the "Alert Type" dropdown to select a configured alert: 

To filter by a date range, use the dropdown to pick a preconfigured time range, or choose custom to select your own:

To filter specific column results, use the three dot icon to sort, filter, hide, and show information that is important to you:

Tip: Chose the three dot icon for the respective column you want to filter. For example, if you want to filter by alert type, chose "Filter" from the three dot menu in the "Type" column

To resolve an alert, you can check one or multiple vehicles, then click the Check Mark button to resolve the alert. Choose your "Resolve Reason" then click "Resolve"
