Adding/Editing User Accounts

How to add a user to your platform, edit a user, and resend an invite link to a new user

Following the below steps will help you streamline your user management with the platform.

Adding a User:

  • Login to your environment
  • Navigate to Settings > Users & Permissions
  • In the top right of the screen, click "Invite User"
  • Populate with necessary contact info
  • Select "Role Permission"
  • Click "Invite User" to complete
  • An invite link will be emailed to the user to create their account

Editing a User:

  • Login to your environment
  • Navigate to Settings > Users & Permissions
  • On the far right, click the 3 ellipsis for the specific account you want to edit 
  • Click "Edit" and update contact info
  • Click "Edit User" in the bottom right to complete

Resending an expired Invite Link:

  • Login to your environment
  • Navigate to Settings > Users & Permissions
  • On the far right, click the 3 ellipsis for the specific account you want to resend 
  • Click "Delete"
  • Follow the steps above to "Add a User" as new.
  • A new invite link will be emailed to the user to create their account
