Managing ProPAR Assets and Levels

How to add, edit, and remove ProPAR assets & asset levels.

Add Asset Type + Levels

Asset levels need to be set up before a ProPAR zone can be used. Contact your Customer Success team at Cognosos for information on best practices in setting up assets to maximize the ProPAR experience.

Open the ProPAR page (main menu); locate and select the ProPAR zone to which you want to add asset(s).  Click Manage asset levels from the zone’s page.

PP Manage Asset Levels

The portal shows a list of the assets assigned to the room and the baseline counts for each level: Full and Warning for soil rooms; Full, Warning, and Critical in the case of clean rooms. To note, clean and soil rooms have an inverse relationship with counts. With clean rooms, the lower the count, the more critical; with soil rooms, the higher the count, the more critical.

Select the Add asset type button for each asset you want to assign to the zone.

PP Manage Asset Levels window-1

A new row appears. Use the drop-down list to choose the asset. Input the full, warning, and critical levels (critical applies to clean rooms only). These values must be input in order to save the asset to the room. Select Save.

PP Manage Asset Levels window-2

The assets will be displayed on the bar graph and pick list for that ProPAR zone (room).

Edit + Remove Asset Levels

Users with an administrative user role may edit the inventory settings for each of the zones, including asset levels and asset types. Locate and open the zone page from the main ProPAR listing (tile or table). Select Manage asset levels from the ProPAR zone’s page, as shown above.

To change an asset’s level, delete the existing value and enter a new value. Select Save to keep the new values and return to the room page. Otherwise, select Cancel.

To remove an asset from the room’s inventory list, select the X under the Remove column for the asset. The asset will no longer appear on the bar graph or the pick list for that room.
