While the Dashboard and Map provide methods for viewing and accessing vehicle and tracker
information through graphical navigation, My Lot uses tables or lists to further access management of automobiles, trackers, and zones. My Lot can be accessed through various functions on the Dashboard and Map. This section covers additional features that are accessible through the My Lot option.
Use My Lot to:
• Curate vehicle reports using various filters and search options
• Run tracker reports using filters and search options
• Subscribe to vehicles in order to maintain real-time information on that vehicle
• Download vehicle, tracker, and zone lists to CSV files
• Attach and detach trackers
• Create and edit zones
Select My Lot from the primary UI menu to access this view. The system defaults to the Vehicles page with all vehicles listed.*
My Lot contains three tabs: Vehicles, Zones, Trackers. Each of these tabs has its own set of functions and features. Depending on your user role functions may or may not be available. Refer to Section 2 for information on user roles and accessibility.
Vehicles: View and edit vehicle details, track/follow/subscribe to vehicles, view historical
movements, attach and detach trackers, and navigate to vehicles.
Zones: View defined zones (audit, car wash, fuel), number of vehicles per zone, view
and edit zone occupancy, edit zone names, edit and delete zones (only for
Administrative user roles)
Trackers: View trackers and tracker health, attach and detach trackers, link to individual
vehicle movements and details, link to Google map to locate tracker.
