Resetting User Passwords

How Administrators can reset a user's password from within the portal.

For an administrator to reset a user's password, open the Users page, and locate and search for the user. Select the Reset Password icon from the User menu located on the right side of the page.

The system will reset and display the temporary password. Copy and provide this new password to the user.

To copy the password, the administrator should click the Copy and Paste box next to the new password provided. This will allow the administrator to copy and paste the password without any mistakes. 

User will need the temporary password to log in to the RTLS and input a new password as prompted.
