Understanding User Roles

Learn about Cognosos user roles and feature access.

Regardless of vertical/industry, the User Management module and user roles largely function in the same manner. All users are assigned a login and user role by the Administrator. Availability of RTLS functions and features is based on the user role. The user roles are:

Guest
   -> Examples in logistics might include vehicle vendors, transport buyers, consigners)
   -> Healthcare examples include equipment rental vendors, visiting /traveling clinical staff, contract employees
