Learn how to reset your password if you have forgotten it.
If a user has forgotten their password, the user should go to portal.cognosos.com
Type the username into the Username field and click Login.
This action will open the Password text field. For forgotten passwords, click on the Forgot your password? link below the password text box.
An email with a temporary password is sent to the user's email address in the user profile.
The temporary password is good for 7 days. If that time has elapsed, you must go through this step again. Check your junk and spam folders.
Input the code from the email in the password field on the login page. Follow the prompts to set and save a new password.
A system Administrator can also reset the user password.
